Had a sunny 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. It was upgraded, perfect and with very comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable in a lovely area, right by centre of Toronto and the union station and CN tower.

Top location. Waterfront. Downtown. Restaurants, bars, cafes, especially. On Yonge Street, Eaton Center, Hudson Bay Company super walking distance. Across the street is the famous Royal York Hotel. A visit to the Library Bar is also popular with locals.
Those who like it quiet must insist. There are some quieter rooms in the back. The background noise can generally not be overheard. Hotel is on the corner of York and Front Street. Something's going on. The rooms aren't exactly overwhelmingly large.
